The Challenge

  • Host an influencer party to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of St. Moriz
  • The experience had to be different, fun and memorable for guests, creating a WOW impact – to be remembered for years

The Solution

  • Hatch created and delivered the #10YearsOfGlow party for influencers, bloggers, celebrities and press
  • This included theming the event, mapping the guestlist, designing invitations & liaising with influencers and press about the party, as well as managing the secret 10YearsofGlow Instagram channel prior to the event and the St. Moriz Instagram account on the evening of the party
  • We designed and sent out two tiers of invitations – branded glitter balloons that floated up once opened for top tier influencers, and gold tickets for the remainder of the guestlist
  • Hatch styled the event with a branded balloon wall, projected the St. Moriz TV advert on the walls and screens around the venue and dressed tables with product and silver, gold and mirrored decorations. Hatch also placed branded vinyl’s around the venue that displayed the party’s hashtag and fun brand slogans such as ‘Too Glam To Give A Damn’
  • We created a fun cocktail menu for the evening with drinks including; Cosmopoli-TAN and a special St. Moriz Cocktail
  • Hatch hired a Firebreather to perform on the night and Bittersweet DJs to bring the party

Outputs

  • The branded balloon invitations were shared on key influencer Instagram stories ahead of the event resulting in a total reach of 1,487,100
  • Hatch owned the St. Moriz Instagram channel at the party and received a total of 44,167 views for the Instagram story, an average of 1,423 views per story, with a reach of 39,285
  • Key influencers who attended the party included; Tallia Storm (500k followers), Misunderstood from X Factor (64.9k followers), Ellie & Daisy O’Donnell (1.1m combined followers), Amanda Finniee (416k followers)) and Natasha Sandhu (256k followers)
  • Influencers posted about the event on the evening which resulted in a total reach of 1,958,185 across Instagram stories and a potential reach of 774,483 from Instagram posts
  • Hatch sent a photo call to Showbiz writers prior to the event, resulting in paparazzi taking shots of the celebrities / influencers arriving at the venue including Tallia Storm which was picked up by the Mail Online (circ 12,216,005)
  • Press attendees included; Cosmopolitan, Grazia, Closer, Daily Star, New! Magazine, The Lady Magazine and The Sun
